Goal Saver Up (formerly GoalSaver, “the App”) is a goal-tracking application created by HiGain Labs Tech Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “our”, “us”).
This Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

Goal Saver Up does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information.

We do not collect:

Names
Emails
Contacts
Financial data
Goals or entries
Device identifiers
Location information

Any analytics collected by the Apple App Store (such as crash logs or usage data) is handled solely by Apple, not by us.

2. Use of Information

Because we do not collect any data:

We do not track you
We do not share data
We do not use data for ads
We do not sell data
We cannot access any data you enter in the App

All your entries (goals, income, expenses, currency preference, etc.) remain stored only on your device.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers optional paid features (“Goal Saver Up Pro”) as auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase.

All payments are processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account.
We never receive or store your payment details (such as card numbers or billing address).
Apple provides us only anonymized transaction records (for example, that a subscription was purchased or renewed) for accounting purposes. These records contain no personal or financial details about you.
Purchase entitlements are verified on your device using Apple’s StoreKit framework.

4. Notifications

The App can send optional reminders about your goal deadlines.

All notifications are local: they are created and scheduled entirely on your device.
No push-notification servers are involved, and no notification tokens or content ever leave your device.
Notifications are entirely optional and can be disabled at any time in the App’s settings or in iOS Settings.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses no third-party SDKs, trackers, or external analytics tools.
Only Apple’s built-in services (App Store, StoreKit for purchases, and local notifications) are used, under Apple’s policies.

6. Data Security

All data stays entirely on your device.
We cannot view, retrieve, modify, or erase it.

If you delete the App, its data is removed with it. Standard Apple device backups (iCloud or computer backups) may include the App’s data under your own Apple Account, controlled entirely by you.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time, especially when new features or services are added.
Any updates will be posted on this page.
