By downloading or using Goal Saver Up (formerly GoalSaver, “the App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Ownership

Goal Saver Up is developed and owned by HiGain Labs Tech Pvt. Ltd.
All rights — including source code, design, branding, and assets — remain the exclusive property of HiGain Labs.

Users may use the App, but may not, without written permission:

Copy
Reproduce
Modify
Redistribute
Resell
Reverse engineer

2. Description of Service

Goal Saver Up allows users to:

Create and track savings goals
Manage income and expenses
View insights through charts
Receive optional local reminders about goal deadlines

The App is provided for personal use only.

3. Disclaimer: Calculation Errors

You acknowledge that:

The App may contain calculation inaccuracies
Charts or insights may not always represent data accurately
The App does not provide financial or professional advice
You must independently verify any financial information

HiGain Labs is not liable for losses caused by incorrect calculations, data interpretations, or decisions made using the App.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

Use the App responsibly
Verify all financial information before making decisions
Not exploit, misuse, or damage the App
Not attempt unauthorized access, tampering, or reverse engineering

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers a free tier and optional paid features (“Goal Saver Up Pro”).

Free tier. The core of the App is free to use, including creating up to a limited number of savings goals and tracking income and expenses.

Goal Saver Up Pro. Pro unlocks additional features (such as unlimited goals and the Insights section) and is available as:

A monthly auto-renewable subscription
A yearly auto-renewable subscription
A lifetime one-time purchase (non-renewing)

Billing. All prices are displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple Account settings (App Store → your account → Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.

Lifetime purchase. The lifetime option is a one-time payment that unlocks Pro features permanently on devices signed in with the purchasing Apple Account. It is not a subscription and does not renew.

Refunds. All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policies; we are unable to issue refunds directly.

Early supporters. Users who installed the App before the introduction of Goal Saver Up Pro retain access to Pro features at no charge, as a thank-you for their early support. This courtesy is provided at our discretion.

Changes. Features included in the free tier and in Pro, and their prices, may change in future updates. Any paid features will always be clearly disclosed before purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is”, without any warranties.
We are not responsible for:

Inaccurate or incomplete data
Calculation or display errors
Financial decisions made using the App
Loss of data stored on your device

7. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that:

You have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions
You understand there may be occasional bugs or errors
You are fully responsible for the data you enter and the results generated

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time.
Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised terms.
